3. Put your thumb about 6 inches away from your nose then focus your eyes on it. Look at any object which is ten feet farther then look back at your thumb. Do this again and again for about 15 times to improve the flexibility of your eyes.
4. Go the one corner of the room then scan all the objects you can see by looking around the edges of each object. Repeat the process for about four times. This will help your eyes move loosely.
5. Prepare lukewarm and cold water in separate bowls. Take two napkins and dip in each bowl. Place one napkin on your closed for 30 seconds then the other for another 30 seconds. Do it repeatedly for four times.
Performing these eye exercises help the eyes be relieved from tiredness and strain thus, they may help you prevent eye wrinkles.
